Terms of Use
Last updated September 23, 2026
These terms cover your use of webbiwebsites.com. The website is run by Stephen Springfield, doing business as Webbi Websites ("Webbi", "we"), in Auburn, Alabama. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
What this website is
This site describes our web design services and lets you ask for a quote. Nothing on it is a binding offer. Prices shown, such as "starting at $800", are starting points, not quotes. Any project we take on is governed by a separate written quote or agreement that sets out the work, price, schedule and other terms. If that agreement conflicts with this website, the agreement controls.
Examples and portfolio
- The search result on our home page is an illustration. "Main Street Barbers" is a made-up business, not a real listing or a client.
- The Ember Wood-Fired Kitchen site is a concept we designed to show our work. Ember is not a real restaurant, and its menu, address and phone number are fictional.
- SEC Film Studies is an independent project by our founder. It isn't affiliated with or endorsed by the Southeastern Conference or its member schools.
Using the site
Please don't:
- send false information, spam or automated submissions through our forms
- submit someone else's email address to our unsubscribe page without their permission
- try to disrupt the site, get around its security, or access parts of it that aren't meant to be public
- use the site for anything unlawful
What you send us
You're responsible for the information you send through our forms, and it should be accurate and yours to share. You allow us to use it to respond to you and to prepare a quote. Our privacy policy explains how we handle it.
